At Sonnefurt, the adventurers negotiated between protesters and mayor Herbert Fulloak to turn over control of the bridge – an important link in the trade route along the valley of the Upper Soll – to the stonesmasons responsible for its maintenance, putting the responsibility for any levies required for its upkeep into their hands. This broke a stalemate and allowed the party to continue without taking a significant detour via an (expensive) ferry across the river Sonne further upstream, but may have had longer-term effects on the governance and control of the region.

Brandi Willow, leader of the occupy movement, invited Keru to come and visit her sometime at her family farm in the nearby hamlet of Novont.
